2 months old

we actually cut a cake!
Venu mamayya and Sowji Atha sent it for Buvi baby.. how lovely
the cake's yummy
buvi suddenly looks bigger.. like some growth sprout in last couple of days :)

my darling.. now all set and waiting to fly to mumbai.. to join her dad

se has already said..syllables'' 'tha', 'ka', 'ga' and her favourite 'aye'

she has a personality of her i can see. she screams, she knows when i am pampering and consoling her. she fixes her gaze at moving objects, recognizes her mommy(me :D) out of a bunch of people. wow. feels amazing.

had a lil celebration at home of Buvi turning 1 mo old. :)

1 week old

what a difference it makes 1 week in a baby's life. a week old and my baby surprises me everyday. As I learn about her and discover her abilities, I am simply amazed by the nature, the creation, the birth and evolution!

day 1 - min. after birth, Buvi opens her eyes wide and looks around, gives a cry and announces her debut to the world.
day 2 - tries to move her neck unsupported

day 3 - kicks, steers, stretches and plays! very active for a 3 day old baby says doc

day 4 - umblical cord clip falls off. home coming! i am discharged and finally am home with Buvi.

day 5 - i observed she recognises some music that i used to listen often during my pregnancy. wow! isn't it amazing. baby could hear and remember things from inside tummy.

day 6 - she is keen observer of sources of sound and light. she drinks milk, sleeps, plays and repeats without fuss!.. what a happy baby. i am blessed. :) atleast so far ;)
